Ideally, use the acupressure tool just after applying a moisturizing cream or serum. Stimulate different points on your face with tool’s rounded ends. Maintain gentle pressure for a few seconds.
- Forehead: press delicately between the eyebrows. Then move up to the point in the middle of your forehead. Finish with light pressure on each temple.
- Eyes: stimulate the head and the middle and tail of the eyebrow in succession. Then press a few centimeters from the outer corner of the eye. Continue with pressure in the middle of the under-eye.
- Nose: target the points situated on either side of the nasolabial fold, just by the nostril.
- Jaws: press on the bone situated under each cheekbone.
- Lips: press gently in the middle of the philtrum, just above the Cupid’s bow.
