Directions Adults: For nervous system and muscle function support -Take 1-3 tablets daily. For inflammation and joints - Take 5 tablets daily; with water, with meals or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Ingredients Each tablet contains: Curcuma longa rhizome ext. dry conc. Std. - 105.30mg from rhizome dry (min.) - 2.1g equiv. to curcuminoids - 100mg Heavy magnesium oxide equiv. magnesium - 300mg Piper nigrum (Black pepper) fruit ext. dry conc. Std. - 5mg from fruit dry (min.) - 80mg equiv. to Piperine - 4.75mg

General Information Microgenics Magnesium + Turmeric combines the anti-inflammatory action of Turmeric with the neuromuscular system support of Magnesium. Contains Turmeric that has antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties; also support joints Contain Magnesium that helps maintain muscle and neuromuscular function Contains Black pepper extract to support absorption of curcuminoids

Warnings In very rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Do not use if tamper evidence seal is missing, torn or broken.
