General Information Fefol Multi-Preg has been specially formulated to contain 18 key nutrients to help provide the mother and her growing baby with nutritional support prior to conception, during pregnancy and whilst breast-feeding. Preconception Fefol Multi-Preg can be taken at least 4 weeks prior to conception. It contains Zinc 10 mg, Iodine 250 micrograms, and Folic Acid 500 micrograms which support preconception health. Zinc, Iodine and Folic Acid are also important to help prepare the body for pregnancy. Pregnancy Fefol Multi-Preg also contains Vitamin B12 (12 micrograms), Vitamin D (12.5 micrograms 500IU) and Vitamin C (60 mg) which helps support healthy pregnancy. With a high dose of Iodine and Folic Acid, Fefol Multi-Preg supports healthy foetal central nervous system and brain development.
