Simple Banana Bread Skill level: Easy Prep time: 15 min Cook time: 50 min Serves: 12Ingredients:1 ¾ cups self-raising flour¼ cup plain flour½ cup caster sugar1tsp ground cinnamon3 pieces overripe medium bananas.
