Directions/Dosage Bathing Instructions: Add 4 scoops or 200 gram to a warm bath and soak for up to 20 minutes. As a scrub: Add 4 scoops or 200 gram to a bowl and combine with a msall almount of water. Gently rub over skin before rising of thoroghly. Applying in the bath or shower is recommended.
