Very good sound in a small package. Also like the USB-C dongle included.

I'm really satisfied with the AKG N5 Hybrid. The overall sound is clean, well-balanced, and very detailed without being fatiguing. The noise cancelling is also excellent and blocks out daily noise naturally. The included USB-C dongle is a fantastic feature for low-latency video watching or quick device switching. However, as a quick tip for music lovers: I personally find that connecting directly via smartphone Bluetooth delivers much better sound quality and detail than using the dongle. Overall, it's a highly versatile and satisfying pair of earbuds!

They really should be 5 stars but some reported glitches others have mentioned, I've also experienced hence, 4. But at the price (<$100), I tentatively still recommend them. Sound - great. A little heavier on bass in standard setting but tightens up (but still present) in hi-res setting. The rest is balanced and very detailed and clear. I actually slightly prefer them over my buds3 pro (also tuned by AKG). But I'll note you can play with the eq (for both) so can tailor the sound closer to your preferences. The N5 go into nerd territory in this regard - of which I am so really like the extra level of gadgetry in the app. Comfort - very good. They seem bulky in the hand but honestly very light in the ear and don't notice the size at all (I've got small ears). The tips are a limitation though and shallow. They're not perfect but good enough (after a couple weeks of continuous commuting and walking around the city type use). ANC - good. Not the best but notably decent. They cancel out train, dryer etc with ease. Train announcements crept in though but mostly, chatter on the train didn't (nice). Case/ dongle - good/ great. Case is nice. A little big but slips in my pocket and I don't notice it. Dongle is a nice feature. Turns sound quality up to 11! (But kills the batt faster) Tech/ app issues - they exist. Most annoying is the ANC function stops working after playing adding with other settings. I found a fix - turning off hi-res works. Can turn it back on and still works. So there's a bug there but it's working fine now. Also heard the "beep" that indicates pausing (apparently) although I was just walking around and hadn't touched. Only happened once so far and a quick press sorted it but just noting that. Generally, sound great, comfy, block excessive noise and I'm very happy at the price. Without the glitches (albeit minor) they really compete with others at the rrp. Sound quality puts them ahead, in fact.

Sound is decent. Everything else is buggy as. Noise cancelling may or may not work. Voice-through may or may not work. No option to switch multi-point off, which can cause issues. ANC is fair to middling at best. I bought these as a temporary holdover while my main buds got repaired. If I'd bought these as my main I would be furious. Already considering a return and getting something more reliable as a backup pair. Not surprising at all they are this heavily discounted.

Great sound, terrible fit for me, but also note they aren't classified "active" friendly types. Good for the sale price, but not at full whack retail.

Excellent sound, on par with top TWS at higher prices. ANC is ok and battery is decent. Definitely was worth at the discount price.
