Directions Adults and Adolescents 12 years & over: 1 tablet daily. Swallow the tablet with a glass of water, on an empty stomach (at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals or fruit juices).

Ok but…

As a chronic allergy sufferer I hoped these would be a break through new medication. They aren’t. For the price and level of efficacy I’d say don’t waste your money, just get something cheaper, it’ll do the same job.
