Very convenient to save cleaning up. A handy product to use if you are cooking something that you know will really stick to the pan and be annoying to clean up afterwards.

Not something I'd use again. I was keen to try this and have had it put aside for the right recipe. I make a lovely BBQ pork ribs and felt this might be the recipe to try the foil tray. That being said, I have a variety of oven trays I already use and never really find them hard to clean or maintain. As it turned out, I bought 2 packs of ribs thinking I'd cook them both in this tray. However, I forgot that there were 2 ribs in each pack and therefore 4 rib racks wouldn't fit. So I decided to cook two in this tray and two in my usual tray. I use the Nagi recipe which does not make a mess of your oven tray due to strategically positioned linings as per her instructions. The final result had the ribs cooked on my heavy oven tray much nicer than the ones cooked on this flimsy pan. The handles are there to potentially carry your pan But I couldn't use it because the tray just crumbled under the weight and the wire was very flimsy. Not a product I would use again myself but could be useful for those that BBQ or to present the meat from a large BBQ for people to select. So therefore I could recommend it for certain occasions, just not for the meals I prepare.
