Strange taste from honey (first two were great)

this is my third manuka honey i purchased. Same brand, same container. This time taste was very weird (plastic taste when you leave plastic bottle in the sun for long time). I raised concern but Chemist warehouse put this issue to the producer/supplier, not even checking their side (there is a possibility that stored incorrectly as this honey was packed 11montha before i received it). Please dont purchase if you arent 100% sure the product will be consistent as the last time. Now i will purchase it directly from them not through the chemist warehouse.
