Common Uses Support general health and wellbeing in adolescents and adults.

Directions Adolescents 12 - 18 years take 2-3 capsules daily. Adults 19 - 50 years take 2 capsules daily. Adults 51+ years take 2-3 capsules daily. Pregnant and breastfeeding women take 2-3 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. STORE: below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Please take with meal. If symptoms persist, consult your health professional. Capsules may be chewed or swallowed. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
