Seems to have worked well for me

My friend recommended this before going on a holiday. I started taking two tablets today a week before a long haul flight to Europe. Then continue to hear it for the duration and my return home. Despite being exposed to a full aircraft for 22 hours (twice) plus numerous sick relatives overseas I have remained infection free and feeling fine. I recommend this product. Note: I am a healthy 54 year-old male with active lifestyle. This obviously helps maintain a good immune system also.

Helps shorten or avoid coughs and colds

I have found this really helps go cut short coughs and colds or prevent them altogether. When I’m flying/ travelling I always have them with me
