INDICATIONS Kaytape is an elasticised sports tape that's designed to be applied over muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Kaytape lifts the skin, to decompress layers of skin fascia and allow improved flow of lymphatic fluid.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Skin Preparation. Prior to application, best performance is to shave the area to remove all body hair. Do not apply direct on rashes or broken skin. Where to apply. Apply over joints such as ankles, wrists, elbows, shoulders, fingers, toes etc. Always strap the joint at rest. Pull the tape off the roll and apply strips over the joint. Do not pull the tape off the roll when applied to the joint. Prepare pre-cut strips before applying to the joint. How to apply? Rounding the corners helps to avoid the tape from catching on clothing. Always begin by removing a little of the backing layer from the center. Don't touch the adhesive with your fingers. Apply the strip with stretch over the desired length and location, and then release about 20% of the stretch before applying. See our instructional image for specific location application recommendations. For best adhesion, rub vigorously over the tape for 10-15 seconds. Friction activates the glue, allowing for a better and longer duration of use. Tape Removal. Simply peel away and discard.
