Delicious and effective

I make it with a bit of hot water then add some milk. Delicious nighttime treat and I have noticed a big difference in my fingernail strength, so I'm confident it is a good source of collagen. I find the recommended amount is too much, but I just use less than it says.

It is too sweet, unflavored is at least better

It is very sweet, did a mistake by buying flavored one, should have bought unflavored
