Bose Bass Module 500

Only lasted 3 years, with very minimal use too. After warranty you have to pay $200+ to get it fixed and no guarantee that it’d be fixed.

It's pretty good for small to medium size rooms.. It works well with Bose Sound bar 600, it has good punchy base. Thank you to JB hi-fi sales guy who asked to me try this first instead of 700.

Bought Bose Soundbar 600 recently together with this bass module. It definitely brings the sound into deeper level of enjoyment.

This is the over-engineered equivalent of an 8" woofer in a shoe box. The lower frequencies are just plain missing. It is hard to find specs on the unit but after listening to mine for half a day, I would guess we never journey into the sub-30 Hz territory. Not bad bass for a Bose box but not much bass at all. Does round out the sound bar's lack of depth so I kept mine for that reason alone. Disappointed I went this way.

This is my bedroom sound system and it packs a beautiful punch! The base expressed from this subwoofer is immense and compliments the 300 sound bar. If you’re after premium sound but B&O is out of reach, then above is the answer,

Same depth and bass quality as Bose Bass Module 700

The sound is great. The only issue I had with this was connecting to the soundbar. It would not connect via Bluetooth no matter what. Ended up connecting via audio cable.

Beyond thrilled with this product! Easy to install, bass is room filling in my apartment & it is small enough to not be in your face. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Great sound considering it’s size. Got my neighbour to complain…lol.. but that was in its early days when I was trying out different settings and running the adaptIQ. The whole TV/movie experience sounds so much better

I am pairing this Bose Sound Module 500 with my Soundbar 300. The addon was seamless. All via the app. Super simple setup. The bass punch is good. Suddenly, the deep sounds were audible. This along with Soundbar 300 truly turns my TV watching like a theatre experience.

Bose 500 sound bar is beautifully complemented by the bass module. Super simple connection, brilliant bass sound. I love it.x
