I can't fit properly the ear cushions on their original place. They are falling out

Did not attach properly. In other words, did not click into place as per the instructions! Not sure what to do….

These replacement pads are almost impossible to install. I can no longer use my headphones because I can’t install these ear pads.

Excellent quality and quite easy to install. These replacements have made my headphones feel brand new.

They simple do not fit. Installation requires you to apply precise pressure on nine tiny "clips" to hold the cushion in place. At most I could get two to hold briefly, but then they fall out again, There is no mark to even show where the clips are. But no amount of pressure will get them to "clip" because they are poorly designed and manufactured. Just buy some decent quality headphone and not these Bose ones which have cups which start to disintegrate after very little use and then can't be replaced.

The ear cushions restored my investment in decent headphones- which is great as after 6 years and countless hours of use, they are otherwise going well. Ear cushion kit needs careful alignment to “snap” into place, but once achieved, you’ve got new headphones back in action.

I happy I paid the little bit extra to buy genuine Bose replacement pads and only two days wait product was at my door

Thrilled that I could replace the pads rather than throw out the entire headset. Well done Bose! Worth the money

Not happy at all. I thought buying these Bose cushions will make my headphones as they were and have great sound. But I was wrong. The noise cancelling wasn’t working as well as it did when I had aftermarket cushions on

Good replacement for ear pads, but they are very tricky to fit.

Yeah nah yeah - pretty easy to find that you could get replacement pads and then easy to buy at JB hifi - but the installation was bloody annoying - there are 9 tabs to click them into and after 30 minutes of wrangling with increasing pressure and increasing risk of breaking something, I can only get 7-8 of them to click in. So shyte is going to get into the electrics...

A little bit of patience required but the new ear cushions fit in place exactly like the old ones. Replacing the cushions is so much better than replacing working headphones just for worn out ear cushions. Next day delivery option was great.

For a headset that expensive, I would expect a much higher quality for any replacement parts. This is the cheapest stuff I ever came across and I won't buy a Bose product ever again.

Just as good as the original ones, super easy to install and makes my older headphone like new again and so much cheaper than buying new headphones!

Bit tricky to get in but otherwise a perfect replacement to extend the life of my headphones.

I’ve owned the QC35II since 2018. This is the 3rd time I’ve replaced the ear cushions. Challenge at first, but once you get the first couple clicked in it’s a breeze. I constantly check the newer models and can’t notice much of a difference, so I just keep refurbishing these. The 3rd time I got the cushions from JB Hi Fi. Previous via Bose website. JB at least has an option to save on postage by collecting, where as Bose sell the same as JB ($39.95), but add a decent postage on top. Overall if your head phones are showing the sponge bit in an ear cup because the black leather like material has worn, you will notice a sound quality drop. 5-10 minutes and $39.95 later and you have a complete seal again and sound like brand new headphones. Just wish Bose could offer a similar replacement for the leather like material that sits on top of head, as that is wearing. Overall great JB experience.

I didn’t really notice that my old ear cups were wearing out until the top surface started to crack. These new ones are definitely more comfortable as well as looking better.

I bought these to replace my old original ones which were perishing. The very next day these started to perish and split at the seams. Im guessing it was very old stock that had been sitting for a long time.

Great to be able to replace these and have the Headphones back to pristine condition! Quick turnaround, delivery attempt and final pick=up from store!

The orginal pads on my Bose were perishing and was very glad to get these new onces. Exactly the ame as orginal and very easy to replace.

Very difficult to install. The minute little lugs were hard to engage with the ear cups and did not secure as positively as the original fitment. The soft leatherette looks as if it will wear as rapidly as the original ear pads.

Now my headset feels like brand new! Been difficult looking for a replacement , good thing JB Hifi has original stock, and Bose keeps this model alive!
