I had my doubts about this but it actually works. I hang mine in a built-in wardrobe (one of those sliding mirror ones cheap apartments always have lol) and it's made a noticable difference to the musty wardrobe smell. You do have to refresh it pretty regularly (every five days or so) but it works. Reasonable price too.

I would love to see any detail on how much moisture this actually absorbs. It seems to do far less than a small tub of damp rid, meaning you’re having to pop it back on the charger for two hours every couple of days. May as well have bought one of those little microwaveable sachets. I’m unimpressed.

I was excited to receive this, as we've had a hot and humid summer. I have previously used internal bead disposable dehumidifiers. These needed replacing quiet often during summer and ended up being quiet costly. I loved the fact that the Breville Re Fresha kit is light, easy to use and can be placed anywhere in the house. I have used it in my walk in robe on a shelf, and also in my daughters wardrobe, where I could hang it. It's great that you have the option to hang it. The beads have started to change colour but hasn't required drying as of yet. I can't wait to give that a go though, it has cooled down here considerably. You can purchase extra units for multiply areas and still use the one drying base, this is a great bonus for me. It has taken the musty smell out of the wardrobe as it isn't used for some time. This will save me money in the long run. Can't wait to purchase extra units. This would be a great purchase for any household.

It's slim & compact & works really well. I had DampRid in several places in my home & dislike the fiddling with the crystals & emptying out the water as it can get quite messy. I’ve have the unit in my linen cupboard which is behind the bathroom. The cupboard gets lots of humidity and i was constantly replenishing the crystals for Damprid. Having this unit instead is fantastic. It takes less space. Ive been monitoring this to see if the beads change colour from the moisture absorption but nothing yet. I’m curious as to how much moisture it holds before I’m needed to dry it. I will be monitoring this for the next few months. If I find this to be better, I will be replacing all the DampRid with these mini dehumidifiers.

We’ve all used those tired and dated dehumidifying aids since the dawn of time. Yes they help but they are one and dones that contribute to landfill. Breville Re-Fresha is a breath of fresh air. Easy to use, energy efficient, small, sleek and forward thinking. I love that the beads change colour so you know when it’s time for a recharge. I love that it only takes 2 hours of charge which is so important with rising power costs. What I really love most is that for a renter like me it gives you some control over issues out of your control. If your rental is damp, in a humid area or has no air con this will be a saviour in your wardrobe.

I received the Breville Re-Fresha Mini Dehumidifier Kit and immediately placed it inside my linen cupboard which I was certain had moisture in it. In less than five days the Orange Beads were green and the dehumidifier was doing it's job. The unit was so easy to use and the drying base was so fast! The unit has been in the cupboard for two weeks now and each time the beads take longer to turn green. I think the moisture is beginning to get under control. Very happy.

I had assumed that the product was supposed to be on dock and plugged in at all times to be able to use initially. I now know how to use properly. Reading the instructions is a must for this product. Straight forward once you read these. I have tested in ensuite bathroom which instantly picked up moisture and different cupboard and wardrobe spaces which took a little longer to pick up moisture, within 24hrs. Drying was required several times already after beads changed colour. Seems to be effective product that I can utilise in different spaces. Like that it can be hung amongst clothes in cupboard and compact to use or store away.

The Breville Re-Fresha Mini Dehumidifier was extremely easy to unpack and setup. Placing in a bathroom cupboard which does attract moisture, it took 4 days before there was any remote sign of the beads changing colour. After approximately 12 days the unit beads were close to a green colour and gave me the opportunity to use the drying unit. It certainly seems to be absorbing the moisture in the air but I will need to give this appliance 1-2 months before I can really determine its effectiveness.

Breville’s Re-fresha Dehumidifier is a fantastic multipurpose produce that is handy to put into closets, draws and cupboards. I used mine in my walk in closet. Left it for a week to come back and find the beads we no longer orange and had turned a dark green colour. It was straight forward forward to get started. I had a quick look at the manual and then set it up in 5 mins. Packaging seemed economical and included the part to dry the Re-fresha and a handy connector to keep it off the ground (and out of reach of curious toddlers). Drying it was super easy too. Left it for about 90 mins to come back and find the beads were orange again. I really like that it is reusable and reduces the waste of single use products. Hoping I can get decent use out of this product over the coming months. If it lasts a year before having to change the beads I think it would be very good value.

Very eqsy to use drying base is quiet and handy. Used it in our bedroom, which is fairly small, but consistently have the heater on in the cool weather, found my wife who is asthmatic was coughing less though the night so definitely will be keeping it around and maybe getting a couple more around the house Beads didn't really change colour, but we kept it on the drying base and dried it out daily

I am very happy with this mini Dehumidifier and how it works. It's incredibly easy to use and carry, so it's perfect for my home and for when I travel. I also like the design. I have noticed an effective reduction of the moisture in the wardrobe where I am using it. I have a wardrobe that doesn't have much ventilation and my place is quite humid. The kit is very easy to use and the drying base allows the mini dehumidifier to be used again and again. The mini dehumidifier is very energy efficient. It doesn’t need electricity to dehumidify but only two hours drying time on the base. Overall, I would highly recommend this portable dehumidifier to anyone looking for an effective solution to reduce humidity in their space.

The refresha humidifier was so easy to use. Absolutely love the fact it's small and compact so fits virtually anywhere. When it arrived the indicator beads were already green which indicated they needed to be dried. Once dry I put the humidifier unit in my bathroom cupboard as it often smells musty. Within 2 days the cupboard wasn't musty anymore. I dried the unit and put back in there for another 5 days to be sure. It worked brilliantly. So I placed the unit in another room in a drawer and once again it absorbed the smell and moisture. I checked the bathroom cupboard aftwr a week of it not being in there and it was musty smelling and damp all over again. So this has been a godsend, it now lives in the cupboard and my towels are no longer smelly. I like the indicator beads, it makes it so easy to see when it needs to be dried for reuse. I like that you don't need power to operate the unit, only to Dry it. I Will buy more units as it also removed an old urine smell from the dog bed.
