Very happy with the Smart Grinder Pro

Love this grinder. It is compact, attractive and versatile with many different grind settings so it is suitable for the different extraction methods - plunger, filter, percolator, espresso. You can grind directly into portafilter (2 different cradle sizes provided) or into a coffee filter or the grinds container. The grind time (amount) is easily adjusted, and the grind can easily be stopped earlier if required. It retains the adjusted time for that brew method until/unless it is adjusted again. It is easy to use and clean, with a removable magnetised tray, handy if the ground coffee spills over.

I purchased this grinder to replace the machine attached grinder from Breville BE. It’s a massive upgrade and gave me a far better grounded coffee. My only comment is that the grinding scale is not clicking and the electric number correlating with level of the grinding is a bit flimsy. But the dose dial is very precise and works great. I’m very happy with my purchase as I got this on special for $299 but if it was full price you paying I would pay the extra and get a professional level grinder.

Love this coffee grinder. I can get the perfect grind to allow the best extraction from my coffee beans. It’s fantastic to be able to adjust the grind size, grind time and amount of shots required and always get the perfect grind. Definitely 10/10 if you like your coffee

I really love this grinder. Its functions are more than expected. The coffee taste is so good till the last drop because the ground coffee has excellent quality. When working, it is not noisy at all.

Exactly what I was looking for in a coffee grinder. Perfect replacement for my poor old Krupps conical burr grinder that broke down after many many years faithful service. I hope I can get half as many years out of the Breville

Love this grinder. You can tailor to get perfect grind and also to dispense the correct amount. Perfect for me.

Got this on sale with a breville dual boiler machine. I’m very happy with this. It’s extremely flexible. Obviously you can use the dial to set how fine you want it, but it also has an adjustable burr set for that coffee that needs to be extra fine in order to get the appropriate flow rate. Only one suggestion is that the dose is time based. Would be good if it had a built in scale so you can measure your dose in grams

Many features and easy to use. The only gripe is that the pause function automatically cancels after only 10 secs, so when restarted reverts to the original time instead of only the time remaining.

Great build quality! Remembers my grind perfect for both my brikka! Coffee filter or machine. It has me covered no matter what!!! .

Love the consistency of the grind and the easy set up and use. As first time home brewing, this is perfect. We have also discovered that the quality and freshness of the coffee bean makes a big difference to the flavour. Only negative I have is, cleaning the internal grinding mechanism is awkward. Other than that, this machine makes it easy to love home made coffee

I love it, this little machine, perfect dosage simple to use . It doesn’t take to much space perfect for any kitchen

I have 2 of these, and find them okay to use although they don't remember the grind settings if the power goes out which is a minor annoyance. one of ours broke just outside of warranty and we didn't use it very much. Could have been bad luck but I wouldn't buy again

We have owned several grinders over the last 10 years for domestic use that have been three times this price, and not had any longevity. After our last Beratza gave up, I saw this grinder recommended by a Sydney coffee roaster. Have now been using it for 3 months and it is producing excellent results, great grind with a lot of scope for variation, and very quiet. Easy to clean the burrs and air tight top on the hopper. Would highly recommend to any purist!

We purchased this grinder to work with our new coffee machine. It was really simple to set up. The variable timer and grind size buttons are easy to use and change. The auto-pause feature allowing you to tap down coffee mid-way through the grind is very handy.

This grinder has blown my mind! Not only does it grind so consistently but it’s so easy to setup and use. As a barista I have used many commercial products out there but I would proud to show of this grinder in a cafe any day. For this price to receive this quality is unbelievable!! Do yourself a favour and consider this to purchase. Life is too short for bad coffee..
