Adults and children over 12 years: 1-2 pastilles every 3-4 hours, 4-6 times a day, with a maximum daily dose of 12 pastilles.                             Children from 4 to 12 years: 1 pastille every 3-4 hours, 4-6 times a day, with a maximum daily dose of 6 pastilles.

Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow) root dry extract 4.5mg equivalent to 36mg dry root. Thymus vulgaris and Thymus zygis (Thyme) herb dry extract 51mg equivalent to 510mg dry herb.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If symptoms persist, seek the advice of a healthcare professional. Contains saccharin sodium and sugar alcohols. Contains 2.52g sorbitol and 7.38g maltitol per 12 pastilles (maximum daily dose) which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. Not to be used in children under 4 years of age without medical advice.

Recommend for persistent cough

I felt these really helped reduce and soothe my chronic dry cough. The mild herbal flavour wasn't too intense either which I have found with other lozenges. The pastille texture was gently in the mouth also. I like them a lot and would recommend them to help with a cough.
