This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. I have been taking these ones for a few months now and feel great! I was taking the Advanced one but it started playing up with my stomach, given I am now over 35 and the peri-change is starting to settle in.. I gave these a go and haven't looked back.
