Great roasting pan, fits a lot. very high quality. Can now bake a lot of vegetables at the same time such as potatoes and pumpkin. No more eating toxic chemicals stuck on non-stick baking trays. Food tastes better and a lot healthier! No need to use baking paper or foil. Just soak for an hour after dinner and the food comes up well. Cleaning is not a porblem. You can finish it up with a bit of Barkeepr's Friend if you want it nice and shiny. I bought two trays and they fit perfectly in the NEFF oven.
