Clairol Root Touch Up Permanent 4 Dark Brown Hair Colour each

This is a waste of my time. It washes out straight after you wash it. Don’t waste your time

Spent an hour using this gel color, thinking it would be quick and easy, what a waste !!

Biggest waste of money did absolutely nothing to cover any grey hair. Tried several different ones in case it was a bad batch but nope none worked. Gave 1 star only because it wouldn't allow to not to star it.

I trialled the Clairol Root Touch-Up Permanent Crème in Medium Blonde 8. I didn't really like the picture of the hair colour on the box as it seemed to be a strawberry blonde shade more than a medium blonde. I have naturally greying medium brown hair underneath my dyed honey blonde hair. I did really love the application brush, though it is slightly hard to hold due to the small size.. I left it on for 15 min first time with no result. Then 30 min for the second attempt, Rinsed with water but it still didn't cover any grey or make any difference at all except for a strawberry blonde look that didn't blend in whatsoever with my blonde hair. Considering the box states to leave in for 10 min then rinse, i would seriously doubt any change to anyone's hair. Also, I must say, for the price i would expect more than a tiny little Tube and Activator bottle. Very disappointed! Sorry Guys but i just can't recommend this product.

Not having tried this product before, I was keen to experiment and had a back up hair dye on hand just in case. Clairol Nice n Easy is my go to. The product instructions were clear and the product itself easy to apply. My regrown covered easily as per the instructions and the colour match was good however, I prefer the idea of a full hair colour and conditioning treatment to refresh all over as I noticed my ends were brassier than the roots when dried. Would be great for a choppy short hair style or thin hair but not for long thicker hair as the finished texture is not consistent.

I had the pleasure of testing the Clairol Root Touch-Up Permanent Crème in Medium Blonde. I found the entire thing to be easy to use and enough product for my hair. I wanted to try this, as I usually use Clairol Nice N Easy hair dye to do my hair normally. I like that it didn't just bleach my roots, but had a good toner to keep the colour more natural. There was more product than I expected, so I was able to focus on my roots and blending the roots into my hair quickly at the end, using the left over product. It blended well into my hair and I am happy with the outcome. I would use it again. The brush was pretty good, it's small but does the job for roots and used my gloved hands to rub the rest of the product into the hair bear my roots.

I will give this product a 5 star rating. I have a lot of grey on my hairline around my face which looks terrible and makes me look older. Using this product was easy, non messy, gave me great coverage and was effective on my grey roots. It gave me a salon finish look and left my hair feeling soft and conditioned. My hair grows fast therefore I need to do root touch ups quite often and the Clairol Root Touch Up is perfect for me. I will definitely keep this handy product in my bathroom cupboard. I am happy and satisfied as it works for me.

A 4 star for compact packing and ease of use. This is a handy, easy to handle little "gadget" to help me when I am too busy and unable to find time to go to the salon when my greys starts peeking. The application was smooth with the "comb" and after washing, my hair did not feel dry although there was no separate packet of conditioner inside the box. I loved that they covered most of my grey, am sure it will cover better next time with more practice. Affordable, good value and i would recommend anyone to go stock up a few boxes.

Thank you for allowing me to trial Clairol root touch-up light brown 6. I loved that it came with a brush and a bowl. I have thin shoulder length hair so this was the perfect amount and coverage for me. I also love the idea of having that little emergency life saver stored in my bathroom ready and waiting. The product was easy to use and the results were great, it covered my pesky greys and the colour blended well with my hair tone and colour. I would highly recommend any lady to store one at home and use for that in between hair salon appointment.

I found the Clairol Root Touch Up a quick fix for when you just need to get that fresh colour look. It coloured the greys for a short while, just didn’t seem to last long enough. Would use it when I am short for time. Fragrance was subtle and not overpowering. After feel of my hair was nice and very easy to manage and style. Easy to follow instructions. No itchy scalp while waiting for the time to lapse which was very good. Price is very reasonable for what it is meant to do, which is root colour touch up.
