Non stick..and easy to clean. Ive bought a wide range from. Circulon, scanpan, to other popular models and pans all claiming non stick. So far for price and delivery of non stick it's doing better than I thought and I use very hot gas stove. The myer store ran out of the wok style so I had to go with this size which is an alternative.
