My husband and I have been using the old gel formula for many years and now hate the new one and having to look for a new toothpaste we like. The taste and feel is just not right and I hate the paste, please bring back the stripe / gel!

A terrible step backwards for Colgate it doesn't keep your mouth fresh and my gums are plying up straight away with this new formula. I have been using the old formula since I cant remember. This new formula is either a cost cutting method or they tried to improve the formula without consulting their customers actual needs, which is a very big mistake. Bring back the old formula or you will lose countless customers like myself & others as we switch to another toothpaste brand and ditch Colgate, who I have used for the last 40 odd years. Thanks

You changed the formula, it’s horrible. It taste chemically and leaves a film in my mouth. Why did you change it 😭😭😭😭 I want the old one back , I’ll post a photo of the packaging you need to bring it back. Fk the new improved formula. It’s not new and improved

Absolutely terrible; the old formula certainly left your mouth feeling fresher and cleaner for longer, this new formula is akin to brushing your mouth with builders putty and leaves you with the breath to match. Bring back the gel. For those looking for a similar clean to the old gel product feel try the Colgate minty fresh gel (and it's cheaper).

I strongly dislike the new formula and have tried every other total and Colgate toothpaste and none are as good as the OLD FORMULA. I have preserved with it for months now switching between 5 different toothpastes but still hate it. It doesn’t leave my mouth feeling fresh for long. The texture is pastey gluggy chalky. Brushing with it makes me miserable. Loved the old formula for my entire life and would make my day if it came back.

Really dont like the new formula. Not as whitening as the blue gel, and not a great taste either. Please bring back the old total whitening formula!

Tastes horrible!!!!!! Why ruin a good gel toothpaste by changing it to a paste?!?! And adding some weird vanilla flavour! It’s absolutely awful. Please bring back the gel!

I thought this toothpaste was a great fit for my needs- something that would whiten my teeth with each use and alongside the extra protective qualities that my teeth needs. I used this religiously day and night and the formulation was a paste. I noticed a slight reduction in yellowness in my teeth. However after about 3 weeks of consistent use, my teeth is getting a little bit sensitive so I am using these on most nights and using another toothpaste on other nights to ease the sensitivity. Overall great toothpaste that does what it claims!

I usually go for a whitening toothpaste, but that often means less minty/freshness. This has a super strong menthol taste and leaves my mouth feeling super clean, like I've used mouthwash. The whitening keeps off the everyday tea/coffee/food stains. Nice and foamy and has all the important dental protection qualities. I would definitely reach for this again!
