Adults - Take 1 capsule and 1 tablet once a day, or as prescribed by a health professional. Take with food. Ideally taken up to six months before conception. Once you fall pregnant stop using this product and switch to Blackmores Pregnancy and Breast-Feeding Gold.

Too Much B6

I've asked my Daughter to stop taking this product because it has too much B6 in it which can build up in the body and cause a B6 overdose, that can then cause severe neurological damage. Blackmores should have worked it out by now, and only put 2mg in products that are not specifically for treating B6 deficiency.
