File from the side of the nails to the centre in even strokes. Always file in one direction, never back & forth. Avoid excessive filing of nail corners as they provide extra strength to the nail. Square or oval shaped nails are recommended.
I couldn't even get it out of the packet before it shattered. No idea what happened to it to make it shatter like that. Waste of money - very disappointed
