Samsung S24 Ultra. Honestly hasn't given me any hardships, is genuinely a good product, the cable that comes with it stows easily and is perfect for quick use. the light is nice and bright and though it's awfully awkward of size and weight for a "torch" it is actually usable outdoors, definitely worth it. Bonus! my phone fits more or less within the confines of the battery bank's outline, meaning I can use my phone while charging no matter where I am.

Burns up phones

I was charging my phone and my phone got to 30% when I received an emergency warning telling me to turn off my iPhone immediately due to high temperature. This power bank was almost new and only used once before. Luckily I saw the warning and was able to turn my steaming hot phone off. If I hadn't, it could have possibly caught fire.
