bad quality

I've used the previous product for more than 10 years and found it much better. The new packaging looks nice, but the product itself too slimy and thin, so I need to use a lot each time. The fragrance is quite strong and unpleasant. I hope NIVEA reconsiders this formula as it's not as effective as before.

New formula causes irritation

I’ve been using this product for quite some time and ever since the formula changed I’ve noticed a burning sensation on my face and also physical irritation on my skin causing it to turn red.

Awful new formula

This was also my go to product for many years. Since purchasing a new one with the new packaging I have had a huge reaction with my skin face began stinging and getting hot and itchy. It left my face red raw. I noticed the consistency has also changed to being much more runny as opposed to the previous gel like consistency. It's obvious there has been a formula change, and not one for the better. What changes have been made as it is not listed on the new packaging that there's been a change? Such a shame.

Shocked by the new formula

This WAS my go to product. Today I finished the last of my old bottle. I opened the new one with the new packaging and used it as I normally would. Not even a minute later, my face began stinging and getting hot and itchy. It left my face red raw with an allergic reaction. Now I know there has been a formula change.. Where can I find a detailed list of the ingredients? What exactly are the changes?

Use to love this

I have used this for many years and did love it. Since the new packaging, I can also tell they have changed the formula. It is much more watery and not thick gel like it used to be. I feel like I have to use more to get a proper wash. I won't be purchasing again.

Doesn’t Stop Acne At All

On its own, this product is completely ineffective at both getting rid of existing pimples and preventing new ones. It’s a nice facial scrub to add to your skincare routine that will exfoliate your face without clogging your pores, but if you actually want to get rid of pimples, you need to use a product with benzoyl peroxide as well. I use a benzoyl peroxide face wash followed by a moisturiser everyday, and use this scrub to exfoliate once a week (exfoliating is very beneficial for acne prone skin) and my skin is completely clear. So you can add this scrub to your skincare routine, but definitely don’t rely on it to get rid of acne on its own.
