Very happy with the purchase so far. Used it already to bake a quiche. Turned out very nicely. But I do think the crust bakes better in a non-ceramic metal-based baking dish but that is not something against this product. I can still use it to bake other things.

I absolutely love this deep quiche dish! The quality is exceptional, and the white finish is timeless and elegant. It bakes evenly, giving my quiches and pies perfectly crisp crusts every time. The depth is ideal for generous fillings, and it also works beautifully for casseroles and desserts. It’s sturdy, easy to clean, and looks gorgeous straight from the oven to the table.
