As it as the first time I had used the De Longhi descaler in out coffee machine I took some time to understand the process. It all became clearer as I made my way through the process. I am feeling much more positive having completed the process successfully.

I have been purchasing this since we got our Delonghi Coffee Machine, and it had been great! Our machine has been running smoothly as we use it every time the descaling light comes on. There is no after smell or taste, and I find three bottles will last a whole year (based on our usage). The water tank on the machine has levels lined for how much to put in, and they are also on the bottle. We find that helpful also.

We live in a hard water area, I’ve used this descaler regularly on my Delonghi coffee machine for the past 5 years. I have neighbours with other brand coffee machines who swear the DeLongi descaler is the best available.
