Amazing gimbal! But, steep initial learning curve

I purchased this gimbal a few weeks ago from my local JB Hi-Fi store as an upgrade from my ancient DJI OM3. I am not going to lie, this gimbal has a steep initial learning curve. At first I really struggled with it, as it was extremely different to my old OM3. However, after logging into the DJI Store app, I was able to find the tutorials on how to use all the various buttons/functions/features and with an hour of playing around with it and the DJI Mimo app and even my iPhone camera app, it became super easy and relatively intuitive. I would highly recommend it to anyone! The only advice I would give is to download the DJI Store app and go through the tutorials to get a better understanding of the intricacies of this device.

Awful

Will definitely be returning this the day after purchase. Extremely glitchy product, refuses to fully charge, many online reviews state the battery life is closer to 2.5 hours than 10 hours if it even lets you charge it at all. Mine is currently just turning itself on and off unprompted. Don’t waste your money.
