I love the convenience of either being able to put on a slow cook meal before I go to work or coming home and putting the pressure cook on for a quick meal. It’s really a one pot meal with the sauté function and cleanup of the stainless steel pot is so easy. I’m also not worried that teflon is going to get scratched.
