The product is, ok, the CO2 gas canisters are quite expensive though and I thought the carbonation would be stronger (even after the maximum of 5x depressions). The product itself is also extremely expensive, for what it is. But I llke that it is mechanical and does not need batteries, etc.

Glass bottle is classy and it’s easy to use and sparkle

I love this machine! Before buying it I had a baseline Sodastream machine which only used plastic bottles. It did the trick but, after losing it in a separation, I decided to upgrade to this. The new machine is a cut above. It's build quality and materials are excellent, the gas bottle is easier to remove and replace, and the function is smooth and reliable. The glass bottles are a huge upgrade too - they look and feel fantastic and are surprisingly well designed and sturdy. Even the bottle lid is better quality. The bottles are quite heavy though. I like this, however it could present a challenge for kids. Fortunately you can use both glass and plastic bottles in this machine. Highly recommend - definitely worth the extra money!
