IMPORTANT The colour of the mix looks different than before, but hair colour results remains the same as long as it is not rinsed before the 30-minute processing time. 1) Add the colouring cream to the developer and shake well to mix. 2) Apply the mix to your hair, starting from the roots then throughout the lengths and ends. Leave in hair for 30 mins. 3) Rinse your hair until the water runs clear. Use the Caring Gentle pH Shampoo to remove any excess residue. 4) Apply a halzenut amount of the Lightweight Nourishing Mask. Leave in for 3 mins then rinse your hair. Use the mask once a week until your next colour for soft, shiny, lively hair.

So disappointing

I've always bought Loreal in other countries , and its been my favorite. This is obviously not the case with loreal australia the shade turned out almost black. There is obviously something wrong with their production as I see there are several reviews that the result was nothing like what they promised. Years of using loreal dye and never so wrong!

Bring back the old formula

My mum and I have been using the Rich Auburn colour for over 30 years. People have always commented on how the colour looks so natural and how healthy and shiny our hair looks. I used the new formula version about 2 months ago and was horrified with the result. My hair was bright red and the greys were not covered properly. Also noticed that the texture of my hair changed - it’s now very rough. Also the formula was very clumpy and hard to mix. I thought at first maybe I got a bad batch. But then my mum did it on her hair and same really bad result. So in desperation we tried the 5.5 Mahogany Brown - the colour was better but again the grey coverage was not great. Also hair texture is still not great. My hair grows very quickly so I red to touch it up every 4-6 weeks. But now because my hair feels so rough I’ve had to pay for very expensive hair treatments- which I never had to do before. The old formula was so good and reliable - why change it? It’s very disappointing as the results are now where near as good as with the old formula. I’ve even tried to buy the old formula but it’s almost impossible to find now. Please bring it back!!!
