Mix 1 serve into 150-250ml of water, non-acidic juice or with your pre-workout, 15-20 mins before commencing physical activity. 

AFTER TRAINING:
Mix 1 serve into 150-250ml of water, non-acidic juice or with your post-workout shake.

Do not consume more than 1 serving per day. Store in a cool, dry place below 30 degrees Celsius. Do not expose to excessive heat or moisture. 

Consume withing 60 days of opening.
