WHAT IS CREATINE?

Creatine Monohydrate is an amino acid that exists naturally in our bodies and helps fuel our muscles. It has been the subject of over 300 scientific studies over the past 30 years which demonstrate its safety and effectiveness for long term use. Clinical trials lasting up to five years report no adverse effects in healthy individuals.

WHY TAKE CREATINE?

Creatine Monohydrate has been proven to improve strength, increase lean muscle mass, speed recovery and enhance performance. It is the standard by which all other forms of Creatine are compared and to this point, no other form of creatine has shown to be more powerful or potent.

Unlike some other supplements that only benefit advanced athletes, Creatine Monohydrate provides benefits regardless of your fitness level.

Great taste

It has a great taste that makes getting it down super easy. I used to hate the texture of creatine when I had plain creatine but I think the flavour aspect of this one really helps
