I did a beef steak with some roasted vegetables and served it with this pepper steak sauce and it went perfectly well together. It had a nice and smooth texture and balanced flavour. Very easy and convenient to use.

The packaging is very functional, it stood up well while in the microwave and you just cut the corner to pour. It wasn't messy due to the design and the sauce was easy to pour. However I felt the colour and design of the pouch was a bit boring and bland, it doesn't really stand out on the supermarket shelves. We tried it with steak, my husband really liked the flavour and would definitely have it again. I didn't like it quite as much, it was definitely peppery and had a sweet after-taste. Though I have to say it grew on me as I ate more. Overall it was easy and convenient, only 40 seconds in the microwave and bingo its done!!

The ready made liquid gravy had a unique and delicious, quite peppery taste. It was super easy to prepare. Simply opening and heating up on the stovetop. I think it would be hard to make it go to 3 serves however as I really like my gravy and I easily used up most of the packet on my dinner plate. It really enhanced the flavour of my steak and mashed potato. I would definitely buy it again for not only the taste but the quick convenience.
