Gua Sha Facial Tool

GimmeNow

This stainless steel gua sha can be used for facial massage movements, including for lymphatic techniques. Lymphatic massage offers a range of health benefits throughout your entire body, stimulating the flow of fluid throughout your lymphatic system. Professionals use a gua sha tool to promote lymphatic drainage in your face – and you can make this process part of your at-home treatment too.

Moving the gua sha gently but firmly along your face’s natural contours and lymphatic pathways can help to reduce puffiness and give your complexion a healthy, natural glow. Facial tension can also be relieved through the soothing massage-like process, which can help reduce the appearance of tension-related wrinkles and fine lines.

The Ritual:

Using an endota facial oil, start at the centre of your face and stroke the skin outwards (making sure to be gentle but firm). Massage from your nose towards your cheeks, then target your neck using downward motions. Remember to clean your gua sha after use by washing it with warm, soapy water, rinsing and then drying with a clean cloth before returning it to its cotton pouch.
