Horrible new formula

Used to like this product but the recent formula change is horrible. The new running consistency is horrible. Why was it changed?? I understand the country of manufacturing has changed but you could have kept same product formula??

I like the product, all of them but my one complaint is How do I get the silver bit out? Using the end of a comb, scissors etc is not the safest way or hygenic way

WHY DID YOU CHANGE ?

We have been buying Oral B Gum & Enamel Protect toothpaste for years and years. It is (was) such a good product. WHY HAVE YOU CHANGED IT ? The new release, which is made in China not Germany (with different ingredients) is significantly different to what we have enjoyed, to the level that after giving the new release a go, and being very dissatisfied we are now testing other toothpastes looking for an alternative. Unless, of course you revert to the original ingredients.
