Apply liberally to all exposed areas - about 7 teaspoons (35ml) per average sized adult. Wait 20 minutes before you head into the sun. Reapply every 2 hours or more often when sweating and or immediately  after swimming or using a towel.Cover up with a hat, long-sleeved shirt and sunnies. Stay cool, and find shade especially between 10am-3pm.

i loveee the smell of this sunscreen. its like any other normal sunscreen just a better smell. it last long and great for eveyday use. great purcahse and i reccomend. its cheap, smells good, and workds great.

I have used this since buying in the States some years ago and now get it in New Zealand. It retains its delightful fragrance and is so smooth and you dont know you have it on.
