I recently used Hydrodol during riding my motorbike ride day and I was impressed with its effectiveness. After riding for a while I felt dehydrated and a bit worn out. I took Hydrodol as soon as I took a break and it made a noticeable difference. the tropical flavour is very refreshing and great with cold water. I also took Hydrodol before and that aided with recovery as well. Overall, I highly recommend Hydrodol for anyone who loves moto rides or any activity’s. It’s become a must-have in my gear bag for ride recovery!
