Each effervescent tablet contains: Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit ext. dry conc. 163mg equiv. to dry fruit 5.7g Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 1000mg Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) 2mg
