Knife Sharpener

Maintaining sharp knives is the secret of all good chefs because sharp knives mean performance. Furi Diamond Fingers are different. We love to challenge the status quo. The Australian designed and patented Diamond Fingers Compact Knife Sharpener creates new, straight and accurate cutting edges by honing the blade edge to the ideal 20 degree angle. It's quick and easy to use making it perfect for professional chefs and use at home. Once you've finished, the sharpener folds away to a small size to easily fit in your drawer or back pocket ready for its next use.
