1. Stir-fry 400-500g mixed vegetables (such as small broccoli florets, thinly sliced button mushrooms, thinly sliced carrots, red & green capsicum (diced)) in oil for 2-3 minutes until tender.2. Add 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce and stir well until heated through. (optional: stir-in 1 small tin of coconut milk after adding saue).3. Serve with rice, naan or pita bread.Also good with: Chicken / Pork / Seafood / BeefAlternative: Stir-fry 400g chicken fillet in 1 tbsp oil until cooked. Add 200g vegetables and 1 packet of sauce.
