1. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry 1 onion (sliced) first then add 500g chicken thigh until golden and cooked through. Add 2 capsicums cut into cube and stir-fry for 2 minutes. 2. Add 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce and 80ml water. Cover with lid and simmer for 2 minutes. Add coriander and serve. Also good with: Pork / Beef / Seafood
