Worst headset I’ve ever used, audio sucks and microphone is terrible. Don’t recommend, go spend another $100 for a better headset. Dont listen to the good reviews, all fake.

Most uncomfortable and cheap feeling headphones I've seen, and for this price is such a joke. The LightSpeed thing stopped working a little while after I got it and wouldn't play any sound. Would also randomly turn itself off, also advertised an over 20 hours of battery life, and I bet you it was nowhere CLOSE to that. Would get a refund, but I'd rather rip this thing into pieces it's that bad. In fact, every headphone I got from jb hi-fi where not worth it, would rather shop literally anywhere else.

Ordered three of these for end-users and got positive results. There were a couple issues that they reported: - Two users reported that the Bluetooth would randomly disconnect. - The third user reported that it was heavy but had no connection issues.

Very bummed it doesn't come ready to connect to G Hub but from what I hear it should be compatible by the end of the year which will be awesome. Other than that, very happy with my purchase! This headset sits very nicely over my ears which is super important for me as I have a lot of piercings & is scary light!! Which is also a huge positive if you wear glasses like myself or if you are prone to headaches.

I bought this thinking it would be a good alternative to the G733 however the quality is worser than expected and it is not compatible with the Logitech G Hub App unlike my G733. Although the Bluetooth is convenient and easy to pair, the sound quality is very low on the computer, I need to turn it up to 60 out of 100 to be able to hear properly. This issue is not as noticeable when connected via a mobile device. So perhaps if you only need a Bluetooth device for your phone it is a possible alternative but I wouldn't recommend if you can afford a higher quality headset as this is not cheap for its price either ($129). You might as well save up a bit more for a better quality headset. I liked the flickable mic because you don't need to unplug and re-plug when using every time. However, the mic quality is very bad, other people can hear background noise and you cannot adjust the mic volume because it doesn't work with the Logitech G Hub App. Overall very disappointed with the quality considering its price, and am planning to refund it!

This headphone is significantly better than my last Logitech headphone, which had issues with audio clipping and Bluetooth disconnections. This new headphone offers clear audio without any clipping and delivers outstanding sound quality. It doesn't get very loud unless you adjust the audio settings by downloading EqualizerAPO-x6 to enhance the volume.
