I returned this mouse within a day, the scrolling sounds like a RATCHET, and so loud. I couldn't believe it. Loudest mouse I've ever experienced, including the clicking. My old $20 budget mouse from 20 years ago had much better scrolling. Plus the smooth scrolling feature was very buggy. I returned it to JB and they were accommodating to my concerns, and I exchanged it for a "Razer Basilisk V3 Ergonomic" which is much better

The mouse is quite good but the software is garbage. For example, it auto changes between profiles, even when I have set a specific profile as Active. It'll change even when I minimise the G-hub.

Hands down the best mouse I’ve ever owned. Responsive, feels comfortable and sturdy and the battery life is great. I still wouldn’t pay full rrp for it though. It’s worth the money, I’m sure. But at $300 I just wouldn’t have even considered it. if you can get it on Black Friday/cyber Monday/Boxing Day sales etc etc like I did, then you’ll pick it up for a steal and you won’t even care that g-hub for it is kinda meh. Also I tend to just plug and play, so I don’t use g-hub at all really.

This Logitech mouse is useless. Complete waste of money. If you want the best wired mouse check out Razer Basilisk V3 35K AU $120.00

not a bad mouse! but the cable is too thin and weak, the slightest scratch or bend and it stops working, for the money they ask you would think it would come braided like the previous generation, other than that its an amazing mouse

The mouse feels great, but the accompanying software Logitech G-Hub is clunky and abysmal, you CANNOT remap default keys, you can assign mouse buttons, but every function have to be attached to the game's default key, and if you've remapped it in game, then God help you. For example, if a certain game's "jump" is Ctrl by default, and you've remapped it to "Spacebar", and then you assign a mouse button to that, it will revert to Ctrl, and as far as I can search on the net, there is no solution. Suffice to say, I'm now a Razer man in waiting.

Looks cool, works good, like most mice would, probably great for gaming, but good luck if you want to use it across multiple devices, ie tablet, gaming pc, work pc...you MUST use the usbA dongle with it, or cable, it doesn't work via bluetooth...what an absolute letdown for a 250 mouse, I really want to return it but my fault for lack of research. Really, it would have cost them extra $5 to solder on basic Bluetooth for office operation but they couldn't care less about diversifying it's use, lots of devices either lack usbA, dont have enough IO ports or its unfeasable to carry the dongle, cable with you everywhere...so dumb..

Mouse is good, feels nice in my hand and has more than just the usual buttons, however the G Hub software is horrible and I had to install an earlier version to login into the app properly. I found Corsair and the iCue software for their hardware much better to assign profiles, RGB lighting and such- if Logitech can fix their G Hub software it would be higher rated. It'll be good once I figured out to properly assign keys to the buttons on the mouse. Pretty happy with the wireless version for my laptop, battery life seems good- having the Lightspeed Mousepad would eliminate having to charger it at all. No noticeable lag. They have gotten rid of the weight system so get the older 502 if that matters.

Excellent mouse for the price. It is corded, but at least you don’t need to recharge the thing.

It’s not bluetooth & will need the usb A receiver to work. (Comes in the box)

Logitech struck gold with this series of mouse. I've owned like 4 versions and love them. This is my first wireless one.

the best mouse there is. Standard sound in terms of clicking, was looking for something a little quieter to ensure I don't wake the missus, it does the job by not being overly loud - definitely suitable for office scenarios. Great for gaming and for work :)

This is a great mouse for gaming. The feet allow for quick movement in FPS games & smooth movement makes it easier to aim accurately. If you are not a gamer, there are better offerings from Logitech (MX3 Mouse being one). The G Hub Software is pretty average as it does not allow you to reporgram any of the mouse buttons.

Great mouse, lot's of features. Bought 3 different mice before I settled on this one.

Does what it says. Software is a bit fiddly to setup specifies buttons

Great mouse and exceptional feel, however can be an issue for those with smaller hands (myself) and side buttons for DPI can be pressed accidently. Infinite scroll wheel is as satisfying as ever

Fine mouse, nothing special. Came from a g602 and this is smaller and less ergonomic.

Nice feel, works well (I don't game, I do things like Photoshop etc). Only complaint would be the difference between the smooth scroll wheel and the clicky option - one is too sloppy, the other sounds like a plastic machine gun.

Good mouse. Lots of mappable buttons which are good for games with lots of abilities like valorant or building like fortnite. Battery life is really good. Downloading the app brings extra customisation to the mouse such as the ability to change DPI settings or create profiles for download on the mouse for quick use on any .

Battery life doesn't last 40 hours as claimed by Logi even without extensive usage. Otherwise the mice is great for gaming.

It's a wonderful mouse, I had a 2nd-hand Razer Mamba Elite for around a year and I thought it was good, but once I played with the G502 X for a few minutes I instantly loved it leagues above my old Razer, I was even on a call at the time and couldn't shut up about how good it was.
