The Best Hairspray For The Price

I have been using this hairspray for a couple of years now, and even when I try different ones I always come back to Elnett Normal Hold spray because it is the only hairspray that doesn't leave my dyed blonde dry hair feeling like straw. Brushes out easily without leaving my hair in a dry frizz.
