Comfort replacement

As someone who is gluten-free and dairy free this literally fills my bucket in place of actually being able to have KD craft dinner Mac and cheese. It’s actually not too bad indefinitely just feels like your ordinary Katie but for vegans

Coeliac friendly

Points for being Coeliac friendly, but minus points for the taste. Pasta was still slightly rubbery and 3 members of my household tried this and it was horrible compared to proper mac and cheese.

Quick and easy

As someone who can't eat dairy anymore, I have missed the simplicity of Mac and cheese. These are so quick and easy to throw together and have become a lazy backup meal on nights where we don't want to think about cooking

Odd and unpleasant taste

One of our children has a lactose intolerance so we were excited to try this Mac and cheese. It was unfortunately quite disappointing. One child wouldn’t even try it because of the smell, the other tried it and did not care for it. My husband and I both tried it as well and didn’t care for the taste at all. Unfortunately this one ended up in the bin for us.

Not a fan

Not a huge fan of this. Tasted quite artificial. Texture was also all weird like. I think I’d rather just skip having mac and cheese in totality than go for a vegan version.

Horrid

This is just horrible. If you are vegan and choose not to have cheese then just don't. This tastes like....I don't even know... plastic and chemicals. It's one of the worst things I've put in my mouth. I'm not a good wastage person but this belongs in the bin

Not like the original

Bought this one accidentally and did not think it tasted like the original. Had a fake cheese flavour and the texture wasn't the same. We didn't end up eating it.

Quick vegan mac fix

Loved the idea of a vegan mac & cheese. Super easy to make, tastes like a classic comfort meal with creamy sauce. Great for quick weeknight, though texture is a bit softer than regular.

Plastic Cheese taste

Craft Vegan Mac & Cheese was disappointing. The “cheese” sauce had a plasticky texture and an artificial taste that I just couldn’t get past. I really wanted to like it, but it didn’t feel creamy or comforting like mac and cheese should. Unfortunately, not one I’d buy again.

What you would expect

It’s not great but not the worst thing ever. Kinda taste like chemicals but it’s really not that different compared to the regular Kraft Mac and Cheese. It’s handy for camping or as an emergency food. I wouldn’t buy it unless it was on sale.
