Meta-Mu-what? Instead of paying top dollar for flavoured version, try this plain jane el-cheapo, which works the same. Add to smoothies or scoff down with water after dinner. Helps the next days when you're sitting around. Bulks it up and gets it out. Makes you feel good.

Good source of fibre. I definitely wouldn't recommend eating this on its own, my immediate thought was I can imagine this is what sawdust tastes like. I sprinkle it over my muesli with sheep yoghurt and other nuts and grains which makes it a lot easier to eat.

Good quality. Pretty good quality husk, perfect for smoothies or with juice to help get extra fibre

Helps add fiber to your diet. On its own, it tastes absolutely gross but it's meant to be added to other food to increase your fiber intake. I normally add it to freshly squeezed juice (tastes way better than metamucil), smoothies, yoghurts and baked sweets. Really helps with constipation if you have that issues!

Healthy Bark. First time using psyllium husk. It tastes like you're drinking bark, absolutely awful. Do not recommend - find another way maybe in a smoothie or cereal! Packaging was simple however a ziplock reseal would be very useful. I decanted into a container. Super easy to use however, just drop you're desired amount into whatever you want! It's effective.

Healthy addition to the diet. I usually us another more expensive brand so was interested to try this on on my morning oats. Benefits were the same and honestly couldn't tell the difference. Will buy this again

Exactly what is says. Not "tasty" as such, we add it for fibre and gut health to sauces and the dogs food, absorbs water well.

Great fibre addition. Always add a spoonful to my oats for breakfast, great product. Would be great if the pack was resealable
