As newly incontinent I've used a few brands, thinking they were all the same. These are as good as you will find amongst any mens guards in supermarkets or chemists. Plastic backed, wide, absorbent. More capacity than I currently need, but I like the security of knowing my leaks are contained until I can slip a fresh new guard in my underwear. Have just bought three cartons on sale, as these do cost a bit more. Let's face it too, I'll be needing products for my incontinence more as I get older so always good to have a supply of quality guards and not have to compromise. These are made for men. I'm, well, large down there, no issues sliding around thanks to quality adhesives that hold everything in place, knowing it's where it should be when you need it. I regret not starting to use these earlier when I was aware I was leaking frequently.

I like these #3 because they absorb accidents. I'm getting old and sometimes at night when I need to go I have a surge but these save the embarrassment of wetting yourself. Very happy that I bought these on special and because I bought a few I got free postage. Thanks

Need to be modified for people with missing testicle

After a recent prostatectomy I have trouble with incontinence. I find the pads good, very absorbent and last 5 to 6 hours before I need to change. They are easy to change without the need to remove clothing. I like them better than pull-up as they don't sag between the legs when full, unlike pull-ups.
